Design and application of a multi-physical parameter test and control system

摘要
An improved data acquisition and processing system with complete functions for the test of aircraft environmental control systems is developed in this work. The system is based on a personal computer. For the hardware of the system, the existing outmoded instruments are completely replaced by various kinds of transducers to transform the system physical parameters into electric signals. The remote test and control units with their RS-485 interfaces on are directly connected to the computer through RS-485 interfaces. Based on VIEWKING, VISUAL BASIC and ACCESS, the software of the system is designed to construct various kinds of frames, to control the work of high speed data acquisition and dynamic display, and to realize the management of its database. Test results show that the system is reliable in machinery, coordinative between its hardware and software, and practical with efficient performance.
