摘要
A new model method is studied to control the welding deformation. With this method, the relationship of residual deformation between the real object and the model is derived from that of elastic energy. Thin plate assumption and consistent elastic strain energy density assumption are used to simplify the parameters which is acquired by FEM finally. This method is verified by experiments.
