摘要
History of the Chair of radio communication means and systems of the Military Telecommunications University (St.-Petersburg, Russia) is briefly described from its foundation in 1935 up to the present time. The main Chair activity in the scientific studies field was connected with improvement of available radio communication engineering and designing of new-type radio means. Now the main scientific directions include construction of automated networks of decameter radio communication and telecommunication networks for mobile communication.
