摘要
Today's brake system are complex subsystems of rail vehicles. In their design and implementation, a variety of interfaces has to be taken into consideration. Complex I&C structures that are not suitable for safe braking result from the capabilities of state-of-the-art instrumentation and control and the co-ordination of greatly differing systems for power recovery, wear reduction and thus low life-cycle costs. Eventually, the rapid technical advances in the fields of materials and methods will lead to innovative systems.
