Process Planning of Cyber-physical Production Systems. Cyber-physical production systems (CPPS) offer high potentials to produce customized products in an economical way. Thereto, decentralized production controls are used which have an impact on process planning. For an optimal use of flexibility and productivity of CPPS, an integrated process planning and production control is necessary. To this end, an approach for an integrated process planning concept based on non-linear process plans is presented. © Carl Hanser Verlag, München and Carl Hanser Verlag GmbH & Co. KG.
