Study on catalyst effective factor of the cooxidation of mixed thiols in gas-liquid-solid reaction system

摘要
The kinetics for the catalytic oxidation of mixed thiols with different catalyst particle sizes was studied in the gas-liquid-solid triphase reaction system. According to the spherical catalyst hypothesis and the Whiteman's membrane theory, the concentration distribution of thiol in the reaction system was analyzed and the catalyst effective factors were calculated. The experimental results demonstrate that the catalyst effective factor and the apparent reaction rate constant increase obviously with the catalyst particle sizes reducing.
