Double-fluid model and numerical test of air dense medium fluidized bed for dry coal separating

摘要
The two fluid model (TFM) of air dense medium fluidized bed (ADMFB) was developed. The physical meaning of each item in this model was given, and the parameters were also defined. The derivation of discretization equation was made by finite-volume method based on control volume. Using three kinds of iteration to solve the model, and the program was developed by C++. The density distribution was computed by using this program. The results is in agreement with the experimental data testifying that the model is suitable for ADMFB.
