摘要
As an HVDC power outward transmission channel for thermal power base located in Hulunbeir league, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the HVDC power transmission line from Hulunbeir league to Liaoning province can be parallelly operated with HVAC power outward transmission channel located in Hulunbeir league, however the AC system at the sending end of the HVDC power transmission line is relatively weak, so it remains with typical weak sending-end system of large capacity HVDC power transmission system and under particular situation it is possible for this system to be turned into isolated operating mode. According to operational characteristics of the HVDC power transmission line, problems respectively existed under three operating conditions of the HVDC power transmission line, namely the parallel operating mode of HVDC power transmission with HVAC power transmission, turning from grid-connected operating mode into isolated operating mode and isolated operating mode, as well as the needed control measures are researched, and security and stability control strategies to be adopted after the occurrence of faults under above-mentioned three operating conditions are proposed and analyzed.
