摘要
Based on the concept of virtual enterprise, it is necessary to develop a proper product definition model for collaborative product development system in distributed environment. The feature definition, classification and relationship in collaborative product development environment are presented, then product definition model is built to provide uniform product data for collaborative development system, the general structure and the data structure of the model are given, and finally its application in distributed collaborative product development system is introduced.
