摘要
After reactive dyeing, washing process is very important. Various studies have been carried out to reduce the number of washing baths. The washing process can be shortened by removing the hydrolyzed dye remaining on the cellulose by the standard washing process and then applying the cationic fixative to the single bath. The reduction of washing bath amounts brings with it many advantages in the sector. Achieving high washing and water fastness values, reducing water and energy consumption, saving time and labor are some of them. In the scope of this study, a formaldehyde-free fixing agent (as standard of EN ISO 14184-2 < 5 ppm) was used to prevent the environmental pollution by reducing the number of washing baths. More it is aimed to use healthier and safer chemicals instead of formaldehyde containing fixators. © 2018, Journal of Textiles and Engineer.; Reaktif boyama işlemlerinden sonra yikama işlemleri çok önem taşimaktadir. Yikama banyo sayisini düşürmek için çeşitli araştirmalar yapilmiştir. Standart yikama işlemi ile selüloz üzerinde kalan hidroliz olmuş boya uzaklaştirilip, sonrasinda tek banyoda katyonik fikse maddesi uygulanarak yikama prosesi kisaltilabilmektedir. Yüksek yikama ve su haslik değerine ulaşmak, su ve enerji tüketimini azaltmak, zaman ve işçilik kazanci sağlamak bunlardan bazilaridir. Bu çalişma kapsaminda; formaldehitsiz fikse maddesi kullanilarak (EN ISO 14184-2 standardina göre < 5 ppm) sağlanacak tüm avantajlarin yanisira çevre kirliliğini azaltmaya yardimci olacak ve formaldehitli fikse maddeleri yerine, daha sağlikli, çevreci kimyasal kullanimi yayginlaştirilmasi hedeflenmiştir. © 2018, Journal of Textiles and Engineer.
