摘要
Heating and evaporation in the liquid meniscus during the cone-jet mode of electrospraying have been investigated. An expression for the ratio between emitted and evaporated liquid volumes has been developed and verified by experiment. This work indicates how the emitted liquid yield can be increased. © 2002 American Institute of Physics.
