摘要：
The former Abitibi-Consolidated Inc. Gaspesia pulp and paper mill in Chandler, Que. which was idled since mid-1999 is going to reopen. The mill is upgraded with C$465 million expenditure. The Gaspesia will be producing 200,000 tonnes high-gloss coated paper annually. The new allowable annual cut (AAC) on Crown lands which is reduced by 30% due to fire is going to effect the supply requirements of Gaspe after the mill is restarted.
