摘要
The influence of some destabilizing factors on the output signal of a measuring fiber-optic converter with the Fabry-Perot interferometer (FPI) is studied. The parameters ranges are revealed that provide reliable device work. It is shown that possible mirrors misalignment will change the FPI transfer function shape to a considerable extent.
