In 1999, within the scope of the SLG, the initiative Quality Protection Block Pavement Construction was launched. In the course of the year 1999/2000, a suitable project was searched for implementing the Quality Assurance Block Pavement Construction, scheme. The construction site was carefully checked, no faults were found and as a consequence, there were no complaints.
