摘要
After the rapid formation of a gel by mixing of the methylmethacrolate (MMA) and terbium triisopropoxide, the polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA) materials containing terbium were prepared by the in-situ polymerization using AIBN as an initiator. It has been characterized by IR, DMTA, TG, FS, solubility et al. The results show that there is coordination interaction between terbium ion and carboxide (C = 0) of MMA, and resulting in crosslink network structure in PMMA containing terbium. Compared with pure PMMA, the PMMA containing terbium has good resistance to heat and solvent, high storage modulus, and strong characteristic fluorescence of terbium ion 5D4-> 7F6, 5D4->7F 5, 5D4->7F4 and 5D4->7F3.
