Research on grid-based platform of cross-enterprise collaborative manufacturing

摘要
To support cross-enterprise collaborative manufacturing and with reference to operation mechanism of grid, a grid-based collaborative manufacturing platform is put forward. The corresponding function architecture consists of workflow controller, task disintegrator, resource matching, resource scheduling, database system and distributed grid service nodes. The function of each module is analyzed in detail, and the flow automatization of networked manufacturing among modules supported by workflow management system is realized. The modules and key technologies of workflow management system are studied. And the cooperation among the modules is described in UML. Finally, several key technologies of proposed prototype system are introduced, and the prototype system is developed. Based on the framework, the enterprises scattered all over the world could establish a Global Manufacturing Network through Internet to improve the flexibility and agility of enterprises and response to market quickly.
