摘要
Bacteria are part of microorganisms during waste degradation in landfills. Waste samples with landfill ages between 2 and 15 years were obtained from the borehole cores with a depth of 6~36.1 m in Beishenshu landfill in Beijing, China. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis, sequencing and realtime fluorescence quantitative PCR were adopted to analyze bacterial community structure and abundance in the samples. Correlation analysis between bacterial diversity and environmental factors was conducted. The results showed that most of bacteria were the phyla Firmicutes (47.6%) and Proteobacteria (35.3%). Natronoanaerobium (20.1%), Shigella (20.0%) and Clostridium (14.0%) were the most abundant inhabitants of the landfill. The increase of bacterial diversity and the decrease of bacterial population with depth were found at the landfill site. Bacterial diversity has positive correlations with starch, pH, celluose and moisture, and negative correlations with total phosphorus, total organic carbon, hemicelluose and protein. Hydrolysis and acidification during waste degradation process had almost been finished within the first two years in the landfill. The wastes buried more than 9 years trend to stabilization. © 2016, The Editorial Board of Journal of Basic Science and Engineering. All right reserved.
