Lenzing Lyocell-LF (LF = Low Fibrillation) is a low fibrillating variety of conventional Lenzing Lyocell, which offers benefits such as good tensile strength, dimensional stability, handle, dye absorption and launderability. The high moisture absorption, which creates a comfortable body climate, and the skin-friendliness of the fibres make them suitable for a wide range of applications, ranging from clothing to household textiles. Lyocell-LF Jersey can be used in lingerie and functional underwear, casualwear, and activewear and sportswear. Typical spinning, knitting and finishing routes for the fibres are outlined.
