摘要
In order to explore the influence of different wear influencing factors on the wear of floating spline, a fretting wear prediction model of spline pair was established based on the energy dissipation theory. The influences of torque, load fluctuation, spline material, friction factor, axial misalignment and angular eccentricity on the wear of floating splines were analyzed. Meanwhile, an entropy weight-fuzzy correlation analysis model was established to objectively analyze the correlation degree of different influencing factors on the wear of floating involute splines. The results showed that the calculated difference of the maximum wear depth at the top, middle and root of tooth for the spline based on the energy dissipation wear model was lower than 6.9%, 2.4% and 14%, respectively. The angular eccentricity of the spline caused poor contact at the start and stop positions of some teeth, resulting in uneven distribution of wear on both ends of the spline. The angular eccentricity, axial misalignment and material properties were more sensitive to the fretting wear of the spline pairs, providing a technical support for the research on the anti-wear method of the floating spline. © 2021, Editorial Department of Journal of Aerospace Power.
