Dynamic multi-attribute decision making of carrier-based aircraft landing risk

To solve the limitation of traditional risk description to pilot control capability by landing signal officer, this paper proposed a dynamic multi-attribute decision making method with triangular fuzzy linguistic variable for aircraft landing risk based on advantage retention degree (ARD). According to analysethe logic continuity of decision result at adjoining periods, the concepts of dynamic multi-attribute decision making and retainability were described, the calculation formula of triangular fuzzy number possibility degree based on area ratio was defined, and then the aircraft landing risk evaluation was realized by the calculation of ordering vector based on ARD. The analysis of numerical examples show that the distinction among components of ordering vector with retainability increased, compensating the deficiency of too closeness of ordering vectors in former computation method. The dynamic multi-attribute decision making based on ARD can solve the problem that the decision couldn't be made if the components are same during the traditional static decision making process. The decision results accord with distributions of touchdown points, therefore, the rationality of decision method used in risk assessment of aircraft landing is proved.
