摘要
The Nagisa Bridge, a single span footbridge, is the first hybrid prestressed concrete (PC) cable-stayed and steel cable-suspended bridge in the world which is constructed over the Nakamura river mouth in Aomori Prefecture, Japan. As such, the bridge comprises a combination of prestressed concrete deck and steel deck, and a combination of cable-stayed system and suspension system supported by two towers and two anchors. This paper reports and discusses the design and construction of the new hybrid bridge.
