The 4th All-Russian scientific-technical conference 'Metrological assurance of energy resources assessment' was held in Sochi in 2002. The modern state of metrological assurance in allowance for thermal and electric power, natural gas, petroleum and petroleum products was considered. The recommendations are given for some organizations.
