A grey clustering based evaluation on technical advancement of smart substation

摘要
To reflect the technical level and functional characteristics of smart substations, a gray clustering based evaluation method of technical advancement is proposed. Based on the index system of hierarchical gray class evaluation and through improving the trianglar whitenization weight function in gray clustering method, the defect of insufficient quantitative evaluation ability in traditional methods is remedied, and the qualitative judgment and quantitative evaluation on technical development stages of smart substations and the advanced degree of technologies applied in smart substations are realized. In the case study of this paper, comparative analysis on different evaluation results respectively obtained by the proposed method and analytic hierarchy process is performed and the sensitivity of default whitened number compliance is analyzed, thus the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method is verified.
