摘要
Causes and disease-inducing conditions were investigated through pathogen isolation and culture, morphological identification, growth temperature and pathogenicity test. Results showed that the pathogen was Rhizopus oryzae whose suitable growth and infection conditions being 36~40 and relative humidity 75%~85% during yellowing period. Leaf mildew and rot during flue-curing is then confirmed as a new infectious disease induced by pathogen named tobacco mildew disease. ©, 2014, State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau and China Tobacco Society.
