摘要
Method: The better enzymes were chosen and the conditions of hydrolysis were optimized according to the content of ANN and the walue of fishy-smell, which were prepared by hydrolyzing Ruditapes philippinarum with Trypsin, Alkaline, Papain and Neutral protease. Under 3 ku component was chosen to separated and purificated. The anti-proliferation activity and the early apoptosis of Ruditapes philippinarum peptides were detected by MTT and AO/EB double staining, respectively. Objective: To discuss the preparation of peptide from Ruditapes philippinarum and anti-prostate cancer activity in vitro. Result: Ruditapes philippinarum peptides hydrolyzed by Trypsin was the most effective component against cell proliferation, the condition was pH 8.0, 50℃, time 8h, enzyme dosage 1 200 u/g. The result of MTT and AO/EB showed that Ruditapes philippinarum peptides inhibited proliferation of PC-3 and DU-145. Conclusion: Ruditapes philippinarum peptides hydrolyzed by Trypsin shows potential antitumor activity, inducing apoptosis.
