摘要
The features of variable frequency drives (VFD) system , which save energy, and reduce costs for paint spray booth application, are discussed. The system provides adjustable motor speed and thus saves substantial amount of electrical energy. The system is also used to control the booth pressure. Paint booth systems are designed to keep a positive pressure inside the booth, and which reduces the possibility of dirt or contaminants entering the booth from the outside atmosphere. The system is also used to control fan speed or flows in the booth and thus maintain a constant a flow or pressure, down-stream of the dirty filter.
