摘要
The purpose is to quantitatively assess the grade of service-driven value of construction enterprises in the context of service value innovation. The authors established a 4-dimensional, service-driven value framework and an index system of construction enterprises. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and set pair analysis (SPA) were used as a theoretical foundation to build a new combinational model for the service-driven value grade assessment. Data from 10 construction enterprises in China was collected. Firstly, the index system's target-and-first layer judgment matrix was constructed and the corresponding index weight was checked consistently by the FAHP method. Further, in order to identify the grade of the service-driven value, according to SPA statistical standards, three grade standard index sets were constructed, then the SPA was applied to calculate the connection degrees between construction enterprise' service-driven value index system and three grade standard index sets. Empirical results shed light on that FAHP-SPA is reasonable, reliable, and applicable, and the 4-dimensional framework is feasible and practical for construction enterprise's service-driven value. This research helps to improve service-driven value management and decision-making processes in the Chinese construction industry, and is also beneficial to the construction comprehensive service-driven innovation under similar condition. © 2016 American Scientific Publishers All rights reserved.
