摘要
Solid solutions are formed as a result of mechanical alloying the powder mixtures of two compositions, namely, Ni70Al25Mo5 (I) and Ni75Al20Mo5 (II). The quantitative x-ray diffraction analysis showed that the atoms of Mo substitute completely the positions of Al in I mixture after mechanical alloying with formation of ternary ordered phase [Ni75(Al,Mo)25]. In this case, such distribution holds after heating up to 700°C. A metastable solid solution of Ni(Al,Mo) is formed in II mixture, that decomposes under heating with precipitation of Mo particles and L12-type ordering the retained aluminide.
