Living entirely off-grid seems like a pipe dream for most - but some households have shown it isn’t as challenging as you’d think... granted, you have to have some spare cash lying around. THICK MUD, dark days and dodgy showers haven’t dented the allure of living off the grid for Rachael and her young family.
