摘要
Based on the CFD software technology, the NOx removal process with selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) application, in a combustion research facility (CRF) thermal state test rig, was numerically simulated. The program included calculational models and methods developed in this study was successfully validated by comparing with the experimental data. How the injection of urea solution influenced the NOx removal efficiency and NH3 leak was studied with different temperature levels and varied molar ratio of NH3/NO. It is concluded that, the NO removal efficiency can be gradually increased, and even up to 50%-90%, while the molar ratio of NH3/NO ranged from 1.0 to 2.5. Since the NH3 leakage increased as the molar ratio of NH3/NO rising, it is better to control the molar ratio of NH3/NO at 1.5 or so.
