摘要
The near-field diffraction characteristics of a time-dependent Gaussian-shaped pulsed beam from an infinite slit are investigated both theoretically and numerically. The spectral intensity shape-distortion, spectral shift of the maximum spectral intensity and intensity distribution in different regions of the image plane are reported. Also, time-space intensity distribution and energy distribution of the diffraction field are studied and some approximation formulae are provided.
