摘要
The defects in an as-quenched CuZnAlMnNi shape memory alloy were systemically observed by transmission electron microscopy. It was found that the dislocation loops in fine martensite plates which were generated during quenching extended along the width direction of the plate which will result in the stacking faults formed along a certain angle with the plate boundaries while the extension of the dislocation loops along the length direction will generate the stacking faults approximately parallel to the plate boundaries.
