The senior AESS editorial staff is delighted at all the submissions of original content. The submissions reveal that AESS members have quite wide interests. A team from Canada's UBC and China's Tsinghua suggest an 'Aggressive Congestion Control Mechanism for Space Systems', a networking strategy that is tolerant of long round-trip times, high error rates, outages and asymmetry. A large team of Italian researchers offer 'Satellite Communication and Propagation Experiments through the Alphasat Q/V Band Aldo Paraboni Technology Demonstration Payload'.
