摘要
Thin films of (V2O5)1-x-(MoO3)x (O&le×&le1) were prepared by electron beam evaporation technique in an oxygen partial pressure of 2 × 10-4 mbar and at a substrate temperature of 423 K. The optical absorption data in the range 300-1500 nm suggests that the optical bandgap increases with increase in the composition of x and shows a curvilinear behaviour. Electrical conductivity decreased with increase in the composition of x. The temperature dependence of electrical conductivity obeys T-1/4 law.
