摘要
There exists springback phenomenon in the press forming process of stamping parts which makes molding parts unable to meet the precision requirement of products. The springback difficult to be controlled causes a great loss yearly and becomes a serious problem which restricts the forming of stamping parts. To some extent, the controlling technology method can play a role in controlling springback, however, it can't eliminate springback completely, therefore, it is significant to eliminate springback from mould surface that is the source of stamping forming. Firstly, the springback of mould surface of U-shaped parts is compensated in the way of geometric compensation by finite element modeling in this article; Then the results of compensated mould surface is imported into CAD, which realizes the design of mould surface of springback Parts; The last part of this article is a summary of the design procedure. © (2015) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
