摘要
A new sesquiterpenoid lactone 8- hydroxy-9- one-7 (11) - eremophilien- 12,8 -olide (A), together with seven known compounds C [similar to] H, were isolated from the metabolites of marine fungus Hypoxylon oceanicum (326 #) from the South China Sea. Their structures were established by using a broad range of spectral evidence including 2DNMR spectroscopic experiment.
