摘要
The effect of the direct current on the operation of differential protection current switches used for the TN-C and TT protection systems was examined. The concept of the direct current effect on the protection switch operation was verified with a simulation package named Netomac of the Siemens AG manufacture. Such simulation allowed for the evaluation of direct array currents under different conditions of a particular electrified-rail-system as well as current values and induces voltages in the coil during the differential protection switch operation.
