Cooling system for low-temperature superconducting microelectronic circuit

摘要
Low-temperature superconducting microelectronic circuits can be applied in computational engineering. Modern semiconductors cannot provide required speed, and the superconducting microelectronic circuits make it possible current problem. In order to apply the superconducting devices in computers of new generation, it is necessary to create system for cryogenic support with service life of 10-12 years. Efficient cooling system has been developed. Scheme of the system has been presented. Theoretic and experimental investigations of opportunities for providing the temperatures of helium level have been performed.
