Two-phase flow in a typical hydraulic system is introduced. The purpose is a rigorous mathematical analysis of the corresponding fully nonlinear system. The linearized problem near a fixed steady state have already been explicitly described. The problem is transformed to a single fixed point equation making thus possible to find at least small solutions with hope to be continued by some more general cases. © 2014 Institute of Thermomechanics AS CR, v.v.i.
