摘要
The papers utilize the superiority of molecular beacon's special structure to design the self-assembly tile and to construct molecular beacon self-assembled model of 3-SAT (satisfiability) problem. Using subsystem of boolean operators and fluorescent labeling method for reading, giving the solving process of this problem. The model has obvious advantages in solving the SAT problem: simple design, low wrong solution and simple reading. The complexity of the model is the linear function of the problem size.
