摘要
Pressure effect on the Kβ/Kα intensity ratio of zinc was investigated using high-resolution Si(Li) detector at photon excitation energy of 59.5 keV. Intensity ratios of zinc were measured as functions of the pressure used for compressing the pellets. Experimental setup consisted of a 3.7 × 109 Bq (100 mCi)241 Am annular source, which emitted monoenergetic γ-rays. Experimental results were compared with various theoretical and experimental values.
