Through the dedication and hard work of the PRNAK committee; bi-directional articulation has become a reality in Kansas. Continuing efforts support and encourage the development of additional educational programs to foster student interest in advanced education and career mobility. As other educational agencies adopt a bi-directional approach to their programs; health-care delivery can only improve. Although nursing curricula vary considerably in Kansas; the National Council Licensure RN blueprint provided a common element for program comparison.
