摘要
The effect of sintering temperature, holding time and content of graphite on the porosity and grain size of the ceramics in graphite-alumina biphasic system were investigated. The results showed that the grain size increased and porosity decreased as sintering temperature or holding time increasing. With the increase of graphite content, porosity obviously increased, while the grain size did not obviously change. On the basis of above experiments, the logarithmic relationship between grain growth and holding time was simulated. It was found that the grain growth index of porous alumina is 2.95, which is basically tallies with theoretical value.
