Research on linear phase-shifting transformer three-phase asymmetric

Linear phase-shifting transformer has similar structure with linear motor, it has the similar asymmetrical problems. In order to eliminate or weaken the influence of asymmetry, put forward a method of using long pitch winding to eliminate or weaken the asymmetrical. The primary circuit parameters on the linear phase-shifting transformer is analyzed and calculated, the three excitation current and the parameters which influence linear phase-shifting transformer three-phase asymmetrical are deduced; each phase winding self-induction and mutual inductance between windings and air gap magnetomotive force were calculated by using the flux linkage between windings; comparatively analyzed the self-induction and mutual inductance and magnetomotive force of the three conditions between half-filled slot winding structure, compensation winding structure and long pitch winding structure . The results show that the self-induction, mutual inductance and air gap magnetomotive force of the linear phase-shifting transformer are symmetrical when the transformer with the structure of long pitch winding, long pitch wind can be used to weaken the influence of asymmetry. The results of simulation and experimental show that the output voltage of the secondary side winding is symmetrical, which verifies the effectiveness of the method. © 2018 Indian Pulp and Paper Technical Association.
