摘要
Nitrogen and sulfur are harmful elements released as pollutant gases during rubber tire pyrolysis. Waste tire rubber was pyrolyzed in a bench-scale bubbling fluidized bed in an N2 atmosphere. The characteristics of H2S,NH3, HCN dynamic release was studied in this work. The experimental results showed that the peak value of H2S instant release appeared at the 6th minute. And that the instant release curve was characterized by a single peak. Most of the H2S released completely before the 10th minute. Different from H2S, the instant release curve of NH3 and HCN had double peaks, and the peaks appeared at the 12th ,the 4th minute respectively. These two gases almost completed release before 14th minute. An IRN (Internally Recurrent Net) neural network was developed to simulate the release process. Model-simulated cumulate H2S,NH3,HCN release were consistent with the experimental data.
