Production of castings from complexly alloyed iron with high parameters of special properties

摘要
The processes are elaborated for manufacturing the critical castings from wear-, heat-, cold- and corrosion-resistant, nonmagnetic cast irons with the specific properties. The latter are provided by high alloying with Si, Cr, Al, Ni and Mo (or Cu and Mn in place of it). The carbide-martensitic complexly-alloyed Ni-free cast iron (300Kh13G3S2M) is elaborated for operation under conditions of abrasive wearing. The impact-abrasive wearing induces hardening in the layer adjacent to part operating surface. This leads to considerable increasing in fatigue strength.
