Fresh agricultural product supply chain coordination under the physical loss-controlling

It is an acknowledged truth that the circulative loss of the fresh agricultural products is high, which has been laying store by the ministry of agriculture in China nowadays. The fresh agricultural products supply chain coordination under the physical loss-controlling is studied in virtue of the theories and techniques for deteriorating inventory management. The controlling method that decreasing the period profit leads to decreasing the loss more heavily is proposed, and the feasibility of the method is proved. The conclusion implies that the system profit under the centralized decision is more than the profit sum under the decentralized decision; when the system ordering period equals to the retailer's optimal ordering period under the decentralized decision, the system loss is least.
