The ten years of development of company 'Evtektika'

A purpose of work is development of compositions of the complex modifiers for solving a problem of utilization of the dust-like Fe-Si-based modifier wastes. A possibility for increasing in time of effective action of modifier after its assimilation by melt is considered also. The graphitizing, vermicularizing and spheroidizing modifiers in the form of melted and briquetted master alloys are used in treatment of cast irons, produced by cupola and electric melting. The results showed that the briquetted modifiers can be used as the additives of above mentioned ternary action in place of the melted ones.
