3-D large eddy simulation of bucket flow

摘要：
In this paper, bucket flow energy dissipation model test in Taijiang power station is simulated with large eddy method and VOF. Simulation result of level, discharge curve and flow profile match model test well, which can be used as design and operational guidance. At the same time, simulation can show water level fluctuation, which agrees with observation record. Thus, it provides solid foundation for further research on water fluctuation and scour.
