摘要
The research for pharmacodynamic effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Metabolomics has multi-dimensional metabolite data. The paper purpose a new method named arithmetic average value-subtract-ratio to deal with the data and data mining,to analyze the pharmacodynamic effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Experiment results show that the method can mine the important information, and can get more satisfactory results. The method was proved to be feasible and effective. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2011.
